Winter tea

Perfect tea for cold evenings

– a cup of tea

– a spoon of honey

– 2 spoons of raspberry syrup

– 2 slices of lemon

 

Add raspberry syrup to the cup of tea.

When it cools down a little, add lemon and honey.

Mix it.

Drink and relax.

 

This tea is a very good idea in autumn and winter because it increases your

resistance.

 

Lemon contains vitamin C.

Honey contains vitamins A, C and these from group B and also a lot of

minerals so it fights bacteria.

Raspberry syrup contains natural salicylic acid such as aspirin, which

warms you up.
